What can I do during the free trial?

Your 14-day trial includes full platform access with no upload limits, so you can explore DNK using your own property reports.

How are report charges calculated?

Each new PMR processed costs US$1 in addition to your monthly plan fee. Reports processed in previous months don’t generate another monthly usage charge. For example, processing 50 new PMRs in a month brings the total to US$150 on Standard or US$250 on Premium.

Does adding users increase the price?

No. Data Manager includes unlimited seats, with no additional charge per user.

Are all features included in the subscription?

Standard includes PMR management, data standardization, exports and Excel/BI connections. Premium adds Analyze for charts, portfolio metrics and custom dashboards. Enterprise includes Premium with hands-on report onboarding, workspace configuration and user setup. Custom API/data pipelines are available separately.
